TweetAdder is the program I use myself every day. I find it simple and very easy to use, but the ‘unlimited accounts’ license is quite pricey. This is perfect for anyone with up to 5 twitter accounts.
It’s not flashy, but then I suppose it doesn’t need to be, and it doesn’t need to load each page like Hummingbird. This is my Twitter adder of choice.

HummingBird is hailed as a ‘Twitter Pro Tool’, and largely lives up to that title, although there are a couple of drawbacks you should know about.
In summary, it offers lots of great features which most twitter users will be happy with, but when comparing it to some of the other adders it leaves me wanting more.
